What is included in the 'Take back your life' programme?This is a 12 week programme, where we meet once a week, alternating between bespoke 90 minute workshops and 60 minute one-to-one coaching sessions. The programme is specifically designed to: - Put you back in the driving seat; - Get clarity around what a balanced and energised work life looks like to you; - Get clarity on the impact you want to have in your own life and how to make your work work for you; - Develop a resilient and empowered mindset that you'll need to create space - Raise your awareness about what is holding you back and how to flip this on it's head; - Increase your self-belief in order to have the confidence to set boundaries & create new, healthy habits. We combine practical workshops and exercises with an experimentation approach to habit building in order to give you skills you need to become happier and more balanced in life and work. The programme will also provide you with an online tool and practical tool-kits and exercises to support you where you need it.

How does your bespoke one-to-one coaching work?The bespoke one-to-one programmes include regular 60 minute coaching sessions, designed to fit in with you and how you want to drive your coaching journey. You can either book a 3, 6 or 12 month programme, aiming to have fortnightly sessions - regularity would be discussed and agreed during the intake session. These packages are designed for those who already have some level of clarity over their goals and would love to work with a coach to start living authentically within their work! As with the other programmes, you will get access to an online platform to support your coaching, including the option of exercises to experiment with in between sessions.

What does the support inbetween sessions look like?As mentioned above, all coaching packages include support in between sessions - where you need it. You'll get access to a voice messaging service that I respond to at certain points in the week during usual business hours, as well as being able to contact via email. Whilst, I would love to be there with you all as much as possible, I also believe that you know what is best for you and deep down, you will know what to do, but I will be there if you need a quick check-in, or you're really stuck and need to talk it out.

How many sessions will I need?The number of sessions / duration required is completely individual to you as a person. Some people need 6 sessions and they're good to go, others love the structure, accountability and self-awareness that comes with coaching and they keep coming back for more! In order to make true change in your life, it is recommended that you commit to a minimum of 3 months 1:2:1 coaching, which includes regular sessions. The regularity of these sessions is completely up to you - it could be weekly or every 2, 3 or 4 weeks. Please note: the contract term will finish 3, 6 or 12 months after the commencement date.

Why should I choose you?As you can see from My Story and my online material - I have been where you are. I lived the first few decades of my life chasing a path that wasn't my own. I was heavily influenced by those around me and what society told me I should want. I was incredibly successful, and yet I felt fake and frankly, angry at myself for continually living inauthentically. I know what it feels like feel passionate but be unable to express your voice, and genuinely believe there is nothing I can do about. I know what it feels like to want to chase a dream, but question doing it in a way that feels right to me because everyone else does it differently. Or even if I do trust my gut, feel as though I don't have what it takes to make it happen - other people might - but I don't. I know what it's like to make the decision to jump into my dreams, only to be faced with countless voices in my head keeping me small, whispering to me 'maybe it'll be safer to just stay here'. After having been through it all myself, I now know that whatever I do, I have to do it my way. And so do you. I get that. Doing it your way doesn't mean coaching won't challenge or push you, but it does mean that for once in your life you will get to write the script. The ironically, amazing thing is... when you start to do this, all of the limits and constraints tend to fall away.

Do I need coaching or counselling?Firstly, I am someone who believes both in the power of coaching and the power of counselling, and for some, they can compliment each other. For me, counselling relates more to trying to understand self - who you are, where you've come from, experiences you've had that have resulted in who you are, and how these experiences may be impacting you now, as well as dealing with varying levels of trauma. Coaching focuses more on the future and the goals you want to achieve, and adopts a structured format to take you from where you are right now to where you want to be. The process of coaching can highlight different beliefs that might be holding you back, or even show you that what you think is important to you actually isn't at all, however, the focus is primarily on action to take you forward. Both environments are 100% focused on the client and making positive change in your life - it will likely depend on where you are in your life as to what is right for you right now. Do you work online or face-to-face?I predominantly work online, however depending on your location, face-to-face sessions can be arranged. I am based in Manchester, UK, and face-to-face would either be in a public working space, or some clients choose to do walking coaching (however, this wouldn't be available for any coaching programmes including one-to-one workshops due to the nature of these programmes).

How will I know we are the right fit?This is possibly one of the most important questions to answer - how will you know we will work well together and that I can get you to where you want to be? First and foremost, I offer free coaching sessions to anyone who is interested in taking the next step and is thinking about investing into themselves. This session is designed for you to get to know my style, what I'm about, but also for you to get a taster for what it will be like to work with me, as well as give you more clarity about what you can get from coaching and what might be holding you back. If you're interested in continuing to work with me, I will then spend a bit of time with you up front getting to know who you are and what works best for you to ensure you get the most out of your coaching programme.
